Delivery and returns

Delivery time

Processing time is 3 to 5 weeks after order confirmation and 1 to 2 weeks for delivery.

Our goal is to send you your future electrification kit as quickly as possible.

Note: Weekends do not count toward your shipping days. If you order on Friday afternoon, Saturday or Sunday, your order will be processed on Monday.

Taxes

The prices displayed are the total prices, in fact at RocketBike™, to avoid surprises, we offer you an "All taxes included" service, i.e. customs fees including VAT, flat-rate customs duties as well as any other customs fees are our responsibility.

Packaging

Providing quality eco-friendly products to our customers is one thing, but we try to go even further by delivering your order to you in the most sustainable way possible . We do this using, wherever possible, only the most environmentally friendly shipping materials, including recycled cardboard boxes, 100% recycled “Tesa” packaging tapes and eco-friendly adhesives and glues without solvent.



Invoicing

To further reduce our carbon footprint, paper invoices are generally not sent with orders, but you will receive confirmation complete order form via email, as well as order status updates to keep you informed of the progress of your order. If you require an additional, separate invoice, please let us know and we will be happy to email one to you.



Returns

Items sold on "rocketbike.co/rocketbike.ch", are manufactured to the highest quality, so we hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, you may need to return an item to us.

Please do not return purchases before contacting us in the initial instance. If we are not contacted, we will not be held responsible for any lost returns or return postage costs you may have incurred which may not have been necessary.

For all returns, you will need to include your order and contact details. You will also need to mark the outer packaging of your return with your order number and ensure the package contains protective packaging suitable for transit. Failure to comply with the above may result in delays in processing the return.

Unwanted items


If you change your mind about your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange for the items to be returned for a refund. The costs of returning the goods are your responsibility. You are otherwise responsible for goods in transit until they reach our offices. Responsibility for loss or damage during transportation is your responsibility.

Note: For hygiene reasons, all unwanted returned items must be in completely unused condition and in the original, unopened packaging. Upon receipt, we will refund the value paid for the returned items, excluding delivery charges paid at the time of ordering.


Damaged or defective items


If you received a damaged or defective item during first use, please contact us. We will be able to offer a replacement or refund for the item, as long as there is no evidence of misuse or accidental damage. In some cases we will have to wait for the damaged/faulty item to reach us. You may be asked to send it to us and we will refund the cost upon receipt of the return, along with proof of postage paid.

Please note: Any damages upon receipt of the package must be reported to us within 3 business days.


Goods returned, but lost in transit


We ask customers to take care of their goods until they are returned to us. We recommend that goods are suitably packaged for transit and that a secure, traceable delivery service is used. Please ensure you receive a receipt for proof of postage. If your package is lost in transit, you are requested to make your request to the courier service used to return the goods.


Refunds and replacements


All returns will be processed and processed within 7 business days of receipt. In case you opt for a refund, the time it takes to show in your account may depend on your bank account type (usually around 3 days). If you choose a replacement, delivery will take the standard delivery time for your location.
